| PGPCON is committed to excellent teaching and the faculty is the most important partner here. Professors, Assistant Professors and Senior Lecturers teach all the classes. Member of Faculty at the PGPCON hold Doctoral/Masters Degree with wide industrial and teaching experience. Teaching at PGPCON happens at three levels. Instruction, Research and Outreach. Apart from the regular curriculum, there are seminars, regular tours for hands-on learning and interactive sessions and guest lectures to nurture the intellectual skills in perception, analysis and communication. Through this three-pronged learning approaches, PGPCON helps the students to develop extraordinary skills in analytical and critical thinking and learning. |

| Open interaction of the parents and faculty are held once a year for 4 days. Parents are counseled about their ward’s total development. |

| Continuing Nursing education programme in session every Wednesday except examination period and vacation One hour is usefully spent on journal presentation or seminars on needed topics or discussion on unclear matters. |
