Rules Relating to the Students

The dairy is a link between the parents and the school. It must be brought to the School everyday.

	The school starts at 9.30 A.M. All the students are required to be in the school Premises at least 5 minutes before the first bell. Punctuality and regularity are Most essential.
	The assembly is conducted daily to instill in children a sense of discipline, Patriotism and an ardent love for God and for one another.
	Discipline is of utmost importance and is considered as the first requisite of a Student.
	Every student is expected to be polite and courteous. Unruly behaviour and Usage of abusive languages will result in expulsion of the student from the Student. Disobedience and disrespect towards teachers and staff members are Bad conducts warranting dismissal. Change of address of the student, if any, should be intimated to the school’s Office immediately.
	Two wheelers kept in the school premises must be secured by proper lock.
	School premises and surroundings should be kept neat and tidy.
	Railway concessions to be given only for summer vacation on written request In advance.
	Students are expected to be clean and tidy always in their personal dress, books And belongings.
	Students should attend school in their prescribed uniform
	Damage to school property is an offence, liable for fine and punishment.
	Students are responsible for their own belongings.
	Students must not wear gold ornaments to school.
	Less than 75% attendance in total will disqualify the student for promotion.
	Students leaving the school in the middle of the year must pay the tuition fees In full for the term.
	Home assignment should be done regularly and submitted at the appropriate time.
	Every student must take part in games and other activities in the school, unless Declared physically unfit or exempted by the Principal.
	Students are expected to keep their hair tidy, neat and well combed. Girls having Long hair should plait their hair properly and use only black ribbons for tying the Hair. They must not wear any fancy hair clips.
	Students must bring lunch along with them as they are not allowed to go home For this purpose. They should bring along with them napkins, hand towels, Table mats and should use them to avoid making the class room dirty.
	No plea of innocence will be accepted when a student is found in possession Of unauthorized materials during examination. Any attempt or malpractice will Lead to dismissal from the school.
	Students are not allowed to give gifts to teachers.
	Late attendance at frequent intervals, frequent absence and negligence in wearing Uniform will be viewed seriously.
	Students are advised to converse only in English in the school premises.

Rules and regulations for Parents

Good education needs three partners – Students, Teachers and Parents. Help your child build up a high morale. Your child should be assured that he is in an Excellent school. We give below a few guidelines.

	Parents and guardians are required to extend all round co-operation, so that their Children will get the best out of the school.
	Parents and guardians should look into their Children’s school homework note Books every day and see to it that the assigned home work is done. The child Should be encouraged to cultivate neatness. The remarks or reports made in this Hand book should be seen and countersigned.
	Parents are requested to provide their children with the necessary books and Stationery.
	Parents shall address any communication, either request, complaint or suggestion, To the Principal only.
	Parents and guardians are allowed to see their children and teachers only after Obtaining permission from the Principal.
	Parents and Guardians are requested to cooperate in the works of the school by Enforcing regularity, punctuality and discipline and by taking interest in their Children’s progress.
	Parents are requested to sign the late attendance record absence record and the Notes to Parents which are sent by the teachers through the handbook.
	Parents are requested to update address change without delay.
	Parents are requested to avoid sending children to school when they are sick.
	Parents are requested not to take their children out of station during examination Times. Retest will not be given to any student.
	Parents are requested to make all remittances directly at the office counter. The School will not assume any responsibility of the loss of cash handed over to any Employee.
