| Dr.R.Ravi Kumar is the Principal of the PGP College of Engineering and Technology. He completed his Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1991 from Madras University, Chennai and Post Graduate degree in Production Engineering in 2001 from Annamalai University, Chidambaram. He Completed his Ph.D in National Institute of Technology, Trichy in April 2008.He has rich academic Knowledge and teaching experience of more than 20 Years. |

| Dr.R.Ravi Kumar is now guiding the PGPCET in a right way. He is interested in Curricular as well as extra Curricular activities. He is an approved guide for research work in Mechanical Engineering in Anna University – Trichy, Chennai and Coimbatore. He is guiding Ph.D and M.E Scholars. |
| He has attended More than 20 Conference in International and National level Conference. He is also life member of Various Professional Society / Body like ISTE, Indian Institute of Metals and etc. |
