Training and Placement are the most important activities from the management's stand point. A number of sugar factories, hospitality industry, tour and travel, etc., which are integral to the group, offer immense training and employment opportunities to our own students. Besides the foregoing, close tie-ups with other sister organisations provide an edge. Not withstanding, the group is committed to assist students in securing a seat for 'in-plant' industrial training and employment. Training and placement cell is fully developed to it.
The college has a Placement and Training cell headed by a Director with independent charge who has lot of contacts with various companies. The Placement cell organises programmes imparting Communication skills, Soft skills, Personality development, Group discussion and Interview techniques which enhance the placement potential and employability of the students. Students are sent regularly for training in various PGP Group companies. Regular placement programmes by MNCs and major Indian firms including PGP group are conducted in the Campus. Many of our students from pre-final year have been placed in MNCs like WIPRO, INFOSYS, HCL, TCS, CTS, Satyam, Patni, US Technology, Sutherland Global, Le Royal Meridien, Sue Soft Services and various major companies.
